This Privacy Policy explains how iDENTIFY.Agency (“iDENTIFY,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information gathered through the website located at
identify.agency (the “Site”) and through our own business operations as a dental and medical marketing agency.
Important distinction: this Policy covers data iDENTIFY collects about visitors to its own Site and its own business contacts. It does not cover patient data collected by our Clients (dental and medical practices) through their own websites, ad campaigns, or booking systems that data is governed by each Client’s own privacy policy and its own obligations under HIPAA and applicable state healthcare privacy law. Where iDENTIFY processes patient-inquiry data on a Client’s behalf (for example, through OneClickAi, ad lead forms, or CRM/booking integrations we manage for that Client), we do so under the terms of that Client’s service agreement, acting as a service provider to the Client, not as the data owner.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Contact information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, practice/company name, and message content, when you submit a form on the Site, email us, or book a call.
- Business information relevant to a prospective or active engagement: practice specialty, location, website URL, and marketing performance data shared with us for the purpose of proposing or delivering Services.
- Automatically collected technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location, collected via cookies and similar tracking technologies.
